Morro Bay Pups

Morro Bay Pups is an organization of individuals committed to promoting responsible pet ownership in the community of Morro Bay and in partnership with other pet-friendly organizations in San Luis Obispo County. We will work with the City of Morro Bay to provide safe clean recreational and exercise facilities, promote social opportunities for dog and human interactions, and educational opportunities for the citizens of Morro Bay.

Promote the positive role that canines play in our community.

• Promote and provide educational programs that support responsible dog ownership and etiquette.
• Promote exercise for people and their dogs.
• Provide safe, clean, fenced dog park facilities within the city of Morro Bay.
• Expand our knowledge of human-canine interaction and recognize the positive role that canines play in the quality of life for our community.
• Promote human-canine good citizenship in our community.

• Stay informed about projects, events related to dogs and Dog Park news!

Jodi Giannini Family Dog Park at Del Mar Park

Our new dog park is nearly complete, yet it is already open for use daily – except during muddy/rainy conditions, when the City of Morro Bay Parks and Rec. Dept. may temporarily close the dog park to protect the lawn from damage. Please respect any closure sign displayed on the entry gate.
